We are in the kitchen early to ensure your breakfast items are freshly prepared and delivered on time. EA breakfast deliveries begin at 7.00am.

Created daily in-house by our pastry chefs, our selection of cakes and pastries are perfect for morning and afternoon tea. Our selection changes regularly, please watch our website for details.

Cheese & Fruit

Available from simple cheese and crackers to gourmet platters of cheese and succulent seasonal fruits. Fruit boxes for the office are also available.

Noodle Boxes & Bowl Food

Perfect for Lunch or Dinner in any environment. We recommend two larger boxes or bowls per person for lunch or dinner; or you can order one and add a sandwich for more variety. The smaller boxes can be included with savouries for stand up functions.

Entertainment Platters

Perfect for an alternate lunch solution or casual snack after work. Our selection will suite all occasions.

BBQ & Carvery

An EA specialty, our BBQs are a great way to entertain, we can supply your BBQ in “ Do It Yourself Packs” or with a chef. Winter or summer our new Carvery is proving very popular.

Staff

EA can provide for all your staffing requirements, from complete event management through to chefs and wait staff.

Equipment Hire

A complete range of catering equipment is available for hire at competitive commercial rates. Depending on the value of your function some items may be supplied complimentary.

Beverages

A full range of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and tea and coffee is available from EA delivered to your function ice cold or steaming hot. A full wine list is available on our website as our selection is changed regularly.
